I haven't eaten much greek food... and I'm not sure Ian has either so this was a stretch of our taste buds. The meal was super fresh - the veggies are raw and mixed in with the couscous. Add the crispy slices of chicken and the light, minty Taztziki... fresh and fantastic. It was my first time making couscous and it was laughably easy. One mug of couscous, two mugs of boiling water, cover with a plate for 10 minutes or so, fluff with a fork and eat. How easy is that?? It was a true 15 minute meal too. We have been doing the prep work before we start cooking but this one we could have easily done all together in 15 minutes - unbelievable I know but it really is that easy. 683 calories gets you a generous portion of veggie couscous, chicken and Taztziki.
